§ I · The Charter

WellRX is enrolling two small-to-mid-range gas-well operators as charter partners.

The charter-partner program is a structured three-month beta engagement designed to stress-test the WellRX diagnostic engine against a second and third live SCADA environment while delivering genuine decision-support value to the operator from day one. Charter partners receive material concessions on setup and subscription in exchange for engaged feedback and case-study rights at program close.

Charter Partner Concessions

Setup fee waived in full. Standard onboarding — adapter build, credentialing, historical backfill, and kickoff — is performed at no cost to charter partners.
Portfolio diagnostic included. A board-grade review of every active well in your portfolio, with case-by-case diagnosis, RTU health, chemistry program assessment, artificial-lift strategy, and a 90-day action plan with confidence-scored ROI. Normally quoted separately.
Prior-quarter retrospective included. A 90-day look-back against your historical data: what was trending, what was missed, what was worth chasing. Delivered alongside the portfolio diagnostic at program kickoff.
50% off the monthly subscription for the first three months — the beta window itself. Concession applies against the package rate quoted to you.

Package is still quoted & bid per specification. Pricing has three dimensions: (a) per-well subscription on wells we can pull live data on (offline / unreachable wells are not billed), (b) tailored-report users — 3 included in base, additional users at a small flat per-user fee, and (c) supplemental AI agents (reservoir, midstream, HSE, regulatory, allocation, custom-trained) priced per-agent to cover incremental model-API consumption. Charter partners get setup waived in full and 50% off the first three months against the quoted rate.

Who we're looking for

Small-to-mid-range operator (roughly 20–150 active wells)
Live production-data stream — SCADA, historian, API, SFTP, or structured exports
A designated company-side technical contact — ideally a production engineer or a detail-oriented data-stream owner — available for working calls during the beta. We'll walk your input feeds together to confirm correctness, reconcile abbreviated well names against SCADA device IDs, and make sure no well is double-counted or dropped because of naming or crosswalk gaps
Authority to approve a named anonymized case study at program close
